  • A “hot” new class BFF (Best Foot Forward) No impact! barefoot (optional) incorporating stretching, toning, core and balance.. using yoga blocks  LIGHT free-weights and body resistance. Accommodates all ages! Bring a yoga mat, a small blanket and your best friend too! (Water provided) Amistad!

  • Aggressive muscular strength training PLUS core work and breath control.  ALL fitness levels accommodated
